Configure and customize SAP EHSM workflows according to business requirements Guide functional configuration with a deep understanding of EHS processes Ownership of the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment, go-live, and hyper care support Collaborate with IT and business teams to validate system behavior against EHS needs Assist in training content development to ensure domain accuracy Participate in testing and validation phases to ensure compliance and process correctness Document workflow designs and changes for knowledge management Strong knowledge of SAP EHSM and SAP Workflow framework Experience with SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP environments Experience in working with SAP EHSM or similar EHS software solutionsProven experience in end-to-end application implementation and delivery Strong skills in requirement gathering, business analysis, and creating functional specification documents Deep understanding of design approaches, including designing and documenting business processes Expertise in configuring specific modules, such as Incident/Accident Management instances Ability to conduct workshops for requirement gathering and clarification and fit-gap-analysis Familiarity with various testing phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities Capability to train key users and provide ongoing support Interesting assignments at renowned national and international companies Possibilities to work remote Ihr Kontakt Ansprechpartner Nina van den Eynde Referenznummer 861303/1 Kontakt aufnehmen E-Mail: nina.van.den.eynde@hays.de Anstellungsart Freiberuflich für ein Projekt
