As an SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our SAP HCM on-premise systems, SuccessFactors, and the future H4S4 environment.

Dann freuen wir uns auf Ihre Initiativbewerbung!     Initiativbewerbung SAP-Consultant Inhouse (m/w/d)     Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören u.a.:   Sie gestalten die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens durch die schrittweise Einführung von SAP auf Basis von S/4 HANA mit Sie implementieren und optimieren SAP-Module mit angrenzenden Schnittstellen, um Geschäftsprozesse effizienter zu gestalten Sie sind Ansprechpartner für unsere Key-User und Anwender und sorgen durch gezielte Schulungen für deren Erfolg Sie arbeiten eng mit Process-Ownern, Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern zusammen, um innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln Sie unterstützen unser Team durch kompetenten Second-Level-Support für Endanwender   Ihr Profil:   Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Customizing eines SAP-Moduls Begeisterung für die (Mit-)Gestaltung, Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen zeichnet Sie aus Sie verfügen über sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie gute Skills im Umgang mit den MS-Office Anwendungen Eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift     Einen Beitrag mit Bedeutung leisten: Bei uns haben Sie die Chance, aktiv Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Gesundheitsversorgung unserer Gesellschaft nachhaltig zu verbessern.    

Familiarity with platforms like SCAYLE, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CommerceTools, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or Shopify Plus. Understanding of international ecommerce challenges such as localization, tax, fulfillment, and compliance.
